What “Fully Managed” Actually Means
AZOR is not a platform you configure and support yourself. Every account is assigned a team that handles deployment, ongoing operations, and lifecycle changes on your behalf.
Deployment
Before your system goes live, your account team maps your call flows, configures extensions, ring groups, and auto attendants, and validates the setup in a staging environment. Nothing is activated until you approve it.
Ongoing System Management
Platform updates, security maintenance, and configuration changes are handled by your account team. You do not manage firmware, dial plan settings, or backend infrastructure. That is our responsibility.
Number Porting
We handle the porting paperwork and coordinate with your current carrier. Your existing numbers transfer with no interruption to your business. You are not responsible for carrier communications or timeline management.
Lifecycle Changes
Adding a user, opening a new location, replacing a device, or adjusting call routing — your account team handles these requests. You describe the change. We execute it.
Live Cutover
Your account team is on the line the day you switch. We coordinate the cutover in real time and verify routing is functioning correctly. Your previous system stays active until final sign-off from you.
Accountability Structure
Every AZOR account has a named point of contact who understands your specific configuration. When something requires attention, you are not starting over with a support queue. Your team already knows your system.
Add-On Features
Available on any AZOR plan. Add only what your business requires. No bundling or forced upgrades. All add-ons are configured and managed by your account team.
AI Calls
Automated inbound and outbound calling powered by AI. Use for appointment reminders, intake screening, or after-hours handling. Configured and managed as part of your AZOR system.
10DLC / SMS Registration
Business text messaging requires carrier-level registration under 10DLC guidelines. We manage the registration process and maintain compliance on your behalf.
Web Fax
Send and receive faxes digitally through your AZOR portal or email client. No hardware required. Recommended for offices transitioning away from physical fax lines.
Text Back
Automatically send a customizable text message in response to missed calls. Keeps communication open when your team is unavailable without requiring manual follow-up.
ATA Fax
Connect your existing analog fax machine to the AZOR platform using an Analog Telephone Adapter. Preserves your current fax workflow without replacing hardware.
Additional Endpoints
Desk phones, conference room devices, and paging systems added beyond your base seat count. All endpoints are zero-touch provisioned and managed through your account team.

Zero-Touch Provisioning
Every AZOR device is pre-configured before it leaves the warehouse. Extensions, voicemail, and call routing are already programmed to your account specifications.
Your team plugs in the phone. The system registers automatically. This eliminates on-site installation appointments and removes user error from the deployment process.
Your Current System Stays Active Until You Are Ready
Every AZOR migration is staged, tested, and executed under the supervision of your account team. You will not experience an unplanned outage or an unsupported go-live day.
Parallel Operation
Your existing phone system remains fully operational throughout the entire transition. AZOR is built and tested in parallel. The switch happens only after you confirm everything is working correctly.
Cutover on Your Schedule
Go-live is scheduled around your operations. We do not cut over during your peak business hours unless that is your explicit preference. Timing is agreed upon in advance.
Staged Rollout Available
For larger teams or multi-location businesses, we support phased rollouts by department or site. This reduces risk and allows your staff to adapt incrementally rather than all at once.
Number Continuity
All existing business numbers transfer to AZOR. Your clients reach you at the same numbers they have always used. Porting timelines are tracked and communicated throughout the process.
No Technical Background Required

Post-Launch Support
The first 30 days after cutover include elevated support priority and scheduled check-ins from your account team to address routing adjustments, staff questions, or configuration changes.
